Research Statement

I study the behavior and ecology of marine animals, with a special focus on sea turtles in the North Atlantic.  I use satellite and acoustic telemetry, videography, oceanographic sampling and stable isotope analysis to investigate animal movement, behavior, habitat, feeding and physiology. I also collaborate on studies of sea turtle health and population structure. For more information on my current and past projects, please visit my personal website.
