Some Info Maria is a Postdoctoral Scholar in Biology in the Tarrant and Saito labs. She is interested in using molecular and systems biology tools to understand how marine organisms respond to global change. Currently, she is investigating the molecular regulation of diapause in copepods using transcriptomics and proteomics. Outside of the lab, Maria enjoys hiking with her chihuahua, trail running, and snowboarding.
