Research Interests

Influence of metal nutrition and toxicity on microbes and phytoplankton, trace metal biogeochemistry cycling, impacts of nutrient limitation on carbon cycling, proteomics and metaproteomics; marine bioinorganic chemistry, marine microbiology, human sustainability, and anthropogenic use of metals.
